well done TMTY, sounds like he'll have someone around most of the day and a couple of hours here and there alone won't hurt him

What happened with the dog TMTY?

What happened was I realised I could take care of the dog and that I couldn't deal with her living 200 yards away, so I went back and said I'd made a terrible mistake and had to take her back.

The Mrs and all the kids said I should never have agreed to it (even though none made any objections at the suggestion), so it had to be done and as she is my main companion now, it had to be done.

The eldest works in a bar, gets up around midday, leaves the house at 3pm, i work from home at least 2 days a week and leave 9pm, getting back 6pm latest and could change my hours to suit the dog if need be..she won't be alone for more than 3 hours Monday to Friday.

I will Make it work....longest she'll be left is match days ironically..leaving tomorrow at 1.30pm, back around 6.

Staying in

Just me, the missus - garlic + chilli prawns, slow cooked lamb shank, and the xmas pud we never got round to having last week - a few tins of ruddles then on to the red.

Decide to go to bed 10:30 ish - wind the clocks forward 90 minutes - say happy new year - then fall asleep.

10:30am train into town with the family - go on the eye if we can - then a spot of lunch at the o2 - girls go onto Stratford for some shopping - boys go to UP. Meet back at waterloo for the 6:30 home.

happy new year every one

love and hugs

Been dragged by DORIS to a house party. I'm gutted. Pooping to that tobacco dock tomorrow after WBA though, so plenty if cracking on to be done.

Pile of old shit really isn't it?

I've probably worked 80% of NYE's since I was 18. When I worked in bars and restaurants it was a massive blast.

Bit grim going out as a punter in my experience.

Off for this one, looking forward to 5k race in the morning.
